Goram Homes Ltd is thrilled to be able to open the procurement for our first 2 sites for development;
Romney House is currently unused 5.2 hectare brownfield site in north Bristol. The site sits between the post war housing of Lockleaze and the new development at Cheswick Village to the north. The site is also adjacent to the open space of Stoke Park, a Grade II Listed historic parkland.
The Baltic Wharf Caravan site;
The 0.88 hectare Baltic Wharf site forms part of the Cumberland Basin area and is located at the western end of Harbourside on the narrow strip of land between the Avon New Cut and Floating Harbour known as ‘Spike Island’.
The Stage 2 procurement is now open
The stage 2 procurement for the 2 sites has now commenced. The shortlisted bidders have until Noon on Friday 9th August 2019 to submit their completed bids.
