They are a leading partnership developer and have won over 450 industry awards, including Large Housebuilder of the Year at the Housebuilder Awards 2018 and WhatHouse? Best Development for three years running.
Hill and Goram Homes are working together to deliver our Batlic Wharf development.

Vistry Partnerships is a leading regeneration specialist fusing contracting, land led solutions and mixed tenure housing delivery.
Part of Vistry Group, Vistry Partnerships is recognised as an innovative and collaborative industry leader bringing together the energy and talents of Bovis Homes and Linden Homes and the formerly named Galliford Try Partnerships.
We are working with Vistry Partnerships to deliver our development in Lockleaze at Romney House.
Bristol Housing Festival
The Bristol Housing Festival is a five year project, hosting an ongoing conversation in various forms to incubate and pilot new ideas, with the goal of finding scalable solutions. We’re piloting a number of projects across the city in partnership with Bristol City Council and others, and you can find out more about them on our projects page.

Bristol City Council’s housing company Goram Homes has entered into a joint venture agreement with award-winning housebuilder The Hill Group for Baltic Wharf.
Goram Homes confirms work will start at Baltic Wharf this August
Members of the council’s planning committee this week (28th July) approved a new way to secure 40% affordable housing at the 166-home harbourside development, meaning can now start on this landmark development.
