  • Location: Bristol’s Floating Harbour

  • Partner: Hill

In partnership with Hill, we will build 166 new homes at Baltic Wharf - at least 40 percent will be affordable housing.

Our Baltic Wharf development is at the western end of the floating harbour, known as ‘Spike Island’, on the narrow strip of land neighbouring Bristol’s historic Underfall Yard and will offer new affordable homes in a prestigious location.

With it’s wide open views across Bristol’s skyline, this development is made up of one, two and three bed flats and offers the rare opportunity to live in the city centre.

The central landscape area will be a mix of public and private space helping to create a new neighbourhood and destination. The inclusion of commercial space will provide a new focal point to the western end of the floating harbour.

Building sustainable communities

Our developments include homes of different sizes for market sale, social rent and affordable home ownership. Goram Homes always aspires to exceed planning policy when building affordable homes.

The number of affordable homes and the tenure split shown in the graph has been estimated based on initial capacity studies and policy requirements. We update all figures annually, in line with business planning, or when planning has been granted.
