Every year since we launched as Goram Homes we’ve submitted a business plan to Bristol City Council. It sets out our development pipeline but also our values and vision – who we are, what we do, and why we do it.
On March 9th, 2021 Bristol City Council approved Goram Homes’ business plan and pipeline of sites across Bristol.

On Friday 12 February 2021, Goram Homes won in two categories, Deal and Green Initiative, for its first development in Lockleaze, Bristol.

Over the past 11 months, due to the global pandemic, we are all spending more time at home than ever before. The government advice has been ‘Stay at Home’ and we have collectively changed our lifestyles immeasurably in response to Covid-19.

Earlier this year, we were delighted to work with Goram Homes on their Innovation Action Plan, which centred around five main themes: connected homes, low carbon houses, assisted living, modern construction methods and innovative finance.
