Spring Street

Status: on our pipeline. Bristol City Council has earmarked this site for development by Goram Homes. It's still in council ownership and no planning permission has been applied for or granted yet.
Location: Bedminster, Bristol

Spring Street is a site owned by Bristol City Council and is part of the wider Whitehouse Street framework, which has now been agreed.

The site has been allocated by the Department of Education as a temporary school. We aim to start developing the site for new homes after the school has moved to its permanent location at Silverthorne Lane near Temple Meads. This is currently scheduled for September 2026.

Our developments include homes of different sizes for market sale, social rent and affordable home ownership.

The number of affordable homes and the tenure split shown in the graph has been estimated based on initial capacity studies and policy requirements. We update all figures annually, in line with business planning, or when planning has been granted.
