Hill is an award-winning housebuilder and one of the leading developers in the south of England, delivering both private for sale and affordable homes. They are a leading partnership developer and have won over 450 industry awards, including Large Housebuilder of the Year at the Housebuilder Awards 2018 and WhatHouse? Best Development for three years running.
Hill and Goram Homes are working together to deliver our Batlic Wharf development.

Vistry Partnerships is a leading regeneration specialist fusing contracting, land led solutions and mixed tenure housing delivery.
Part of Vistry Group, Vistry Partnerships is recognised as an innovative and collaborative industry leader bringing together the energy and talents of Bovis Homes and Linden Homes and the formerly named Galliford Try Partnerships.
We are working with Vistry Partnerships to deliver our development in Lockleaze at Romney House.
Bristol Housing Festival
The Bristol Housing Festival is a five year project, hosting an ongoing conversation in various forms to incubate and pilot new ideas, with the goal of finding scalable solutions. We’re piloting a number of projects across the city in partnership with Bristol City Council and others, and you can find out more about them on our projects page.

Over 780 affordable homes to be built at Hengrove Park and Baltic Wharf
The council announced on Friday 19th September that it would not be taking the affordable homes at Baltic Wharf or Phase 1B of Hengrove Park, but these affordable homes for social rent and shared ownership will still be built.
Cllr David Wilcox to join Goram Homes’ Board
Bristol City Council has appointed Cllr David Wilcox as council representative on the Board of its wholly owned housing company, Goram Homes.
Work starts at Dovercourt Road
We’ve started preparing ground for 140 new homes at the former Bristol City Council highways depot site at Dovercourt Road in Lockleaze. Half will be affordable housing.
