We are delighted that Goram Homes has been nominated in four categories in this year’s Bristol Property Awards.
- Sustainability – Castle Park Energy Centre. This category recognises an eco-conscious project, that pushes the boundaries of design and ethics with consideration to environmental impact, lifecycle, sustainability, and the Bristol community.
Castle Park Energy Centre contains England’s largest water source heat pump and provides cleaner, greener heating and hot water to homes and businesses via the city’s heat network.
We’ve been working incredibly closely with the local community on plans to reunite North and South Redcliffe by creating a major mixed-use development and improved public realm.
- Developer – Goram Homes This category celebrates Bristol-based developers delivering progressive residential and / or commercial buildings, fit for purpose and the future.
We’re proud to build homes that create communities and are environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable. Our first development at One Lockleaze will create 268 new, high quality homes on a brownfield site in north Bristol, of which 55 percent will be affordable housing.
- Rising Star – Christiana Makariou, our brilliant Development Manager. This category celebrates an individual making an impact now, who is definitely also one to watch for the future
Christiana is a driving force behind some of our biggest development projects. She is incredibly dedicated and hard-working, with boundless energy, and brings enthusiasm and professionalism to everything she does. We’re so proud to see her shortlisted.
The event to announce the winners will be held on 25 November. Read more about the awards see the full list of finalists on the Bristol Property Awards website.
