Every year since we launched as Goram Homes we’ve submitted a business plan to Bristol City Council. It sets out our development pipeline but also our values and vision – who we are, what we do, and why we do it.
Over the past 11 months, due to the global pandemic, we are all spending more time at home than ever before. The government advice has been ‘Stay at Home’ and we have collectively changed our lifestyles immeasurably in response to Covid-19.
Earlier this year, we were delighted to work with Goram Homes on their Innovation Action Plan, which centred around five main themes: connected homes, low carbon houses, assisted living, modern construction methods and innovative finance.
Standing on the site of our first development at Romney House in Lockleaze in September this year was a surreal occasion.
Last month, Goram Homes partnered with the Bristol Housing Festival to bring together a variety of perspectives on healthy engagement and consultation.
